Rental Policies
* Accommodates 2 guests
* Check in: Anytime after 3:00 pm
Check in after 10:00 pm is by special arrangements.
Check out: 11:00 am
* No Smoking. Guests will be charged a $125 cleaning
fee after check out, for any additional cleaning due to smoking in guest
room. Fee to be charged to credit card used for original room deposit.
* Sorry, we cannot accept pets.
* A deposit equal to the first night's stay is required,
payable by check (more than 10 days prior to arrival date) or charged to
your credit or debit card.
* Deposit will be charged to the guest's credit card at
the time the reservation is made.
* All reservations are confirmed in writing once the
deposit has been received.
* Holiday weekends will have a Friday and Saturday
two-night minimum.
* Peak season may have higher rates.
* We require at least a 14-day notice for a refund of
your deposit. Due to only having one guest suite, cancellations affect us
significantly. If a cancellation is made 14 days or more prior to your
arrival date, you may either receive a refund of your deposit minus a $15
service charge, or make a reservation for a future date and be charged no
service fee. You may only change your reservation once in order to avoid
being charged. If a cancellation is made less than 14 days prior to your
arrival date, and we are unable to fill the room, no refund will be
possible.
* If a guest does not check in on their arrival date,
their deposit will be forfeited.
* A thirty (30) day notice is required in the event of
either shortening, changing or canceling a reservation for the Holidays,
Special Packages, or any reservation in the month of October. With less
than 30 days notice at those times, your deposit will forfeited.
* This facility is not recommended for children under the
age of 12.
